EZ Shot II MACHINE RENTAL PACKAGE INCLUDES:
1 EZ Shot II Machine, 1 Machine Operator, 1 Ball Person, 1 Remote Control, 4 Basketballs, 7 Shot Spots, 10 Stanchions & 90’ Netting. Staff will deliver, set up/strike and operate the machines. There is a 3-hour minimum on all rentals.
DELIVERY - Denver Metro Area - 15 mile radius of Lakewood - $50.00
Downtown Denver - Major hotels, Convention Center, etc. - $150.00
PAYMENT POLICY - A major credit card is required for rental reservations. All major credit cards (Pay Pal processing), certified checks, money orders, and checks are accepted. A 50% deposit is required upon making reservations. Full payment is due upon completion of event.
CHANGES TO ORDER - Client must notify EZ Shot, Inc. seven full days in advance of the reservation date to reschedule an event. Deposits are non-refundable. Client will be held responsible for the full contract amount if client fails to notify EZ Shot, Inc. seven full days prior to the event. Re-scheduling is on an as-available basis.
INCLEMENT WEATHER - Once your event is scheduled, EZ Shot, Inc. is NOT RESPONSIBLE for delays or postponements due to inclement weather. Should this occur, no refunds are available. Please note that the equipment will not be operated outdoors if it is raining, if temperatures fall below 40 degrees or if winds exceed 20 mph.
ITEMS RECEIVED/EQUIPMENT CONDITION - By initialing EZ Shot, Inc.’s contract upon delivery, client acknowledges that they received the delivery in full and that all equipment is in good, working order.
Prices subject to applicable tax and may change without notification. EZ Shot, Inc. is not responsible for any necessary licenses, fees, permits or insurance required for use at your event site.
